Pricing

Pricing and engagement models

We price by scope, not by hype. Every proposal states a fixed fee, a defined list of deliverables and the cadence you can expect. Below are the three ways businesses work with us, what moves the price up or down, and what is included no matter which model you choose.

Model 1: monthly retainer, in three scopes

A fixed monthly fee for a defined scope. Most clients choose this because the cost is predictable and the deliverables are the same every month.

Foundation

For one offer, one market

Built for a single-location service business or a small store with one main product line that needs a clean account, correct tracking and steady management.

  • Account setup or cleanup, pixel and Conversions API
  • One or two campaigns managed weekly
  • A smaller creative batch each month, built from your footage and product photos
  • Live dashboard, monthly report and the weekly meeting
  • Landing page maintenance and quarterly CRO review
Growth

For businesses ready to scale spend

The most common scope. Multiple campaigns or product lines, a full monthly creative batch with Reels production, and active conversion rate optimization on the pages that receive traffic.

  • Everything in Foundation
  • Prospecting, retargeting and retention structures, including Advantage+ shopping or lead ads as fit
  • Full Reels-first creative batch each month with structured testing
  • Monthly CRO tests and landing page iterations
  • Blog and content production for your site
  • CRM or offline conversion integration where applicable
Scale

For multi-location and multi-market brands

For companies running several markets, locations or catalogs, with higher spend and faster creative turnover. More production, more testing, more reporting detail.

  • Everything in Growth
  • Creative batches on a faster cadence, with multiple concepts in test at all times
  • Catalog and feed management, seasonal and promotional planning
  • Segmented reporting by location, market or product line
  • Expanded website and content work
  • Quarterly on-site or extended planning session
Model 2

Percentage of ad spend

For accounts where spend is already substantial and expected to move with the seasons, a fee calculated as a percentage of monthly media spend aligns our work with your growth. A monthly minimum applies so the account always receives the full weekly service regardless of a slow month, and a cap can be agreed for very high spend so the fee does not grow faster than the work.

This model suits e-commerce brands with seasonal peaks, franchise groups and companies whose budget decisions change quarter to quarter. All deliverables of the Growth scope are included; creative production volume scales with spend.

Model 3

Launch project

A fixed-scope, fixed-fee project for businesses that want everything built correctly and then either manage it in-house or decide on a retainer afterward. It covers the first phase of our process: audit and plan, Business Manager and ad account setup, pixel and Conversions API through Events Manager, GA4, the landing pages or website, the first creative batch and a staged launch with a handover session.

The project ends with documentation of everything built and a recommendation on how to run the account going forward. Many clients convert to a Foundation or Growth retainer once they see what weekly management involves, but there is no obligation to do so.

What drives the price

  • How much needs to be built. A new website and a product catalog cost more to set up than a landing page on an existing site.
  • Creative volume. The number of concepts, Reels edits and formats per month, and whether we film or work from your footage.
  • Number of campaigns, markets and locations. Each adds structure, reporting segments and management time.
  • Ad spend level. Higher spend means faster creative fatigue, more frequent optimization and more reporting detail.
  • Integrations. CRM, offline conversions, product feeds and booking systems take time to connect and maintain.
  • Content and CRO scope. How many articles, pages and tests per month.

Always included, in every model

  • Weekly meeting with the people who run your account
  • Live reporting dashboard and a monthly written report in plain language
  • Optimization log of every change we make
  • Tracking health check every month
  • Full ownership of accounts, assets and files by your company
  • Email support during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm ET
  • No long-term lock-in after the initial ninety days

Pricing questions

Why no prices on the page?

Because the scope varies too much to quote honestly without a conversation. A single-location service business with an existing website and a national e-commerce brand that needs a catalog, a new site and weekly creative are different engagements. Every proposal includes a fixed monthly fee and a defined scope before you commit to anything.

Is the ad budget included in the fee?

No. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta through your own ad account. Our fee covers the work. You see every dollar of media spend in your own billing, and we never mark up media.

Can we change models later?

Yes. Many clients start with a launch project or a Foundation retainer and move to Growth or a percentage-of-spend model once the account is stable. We revisit the model at the 90-day review and at each quarterly planning session.

What is the commitment?

The initial period is typically ninety days, because that is how long it takes to build, launch and read the data. After that, the engagement is month to month with thirty days of notice. The process page explains what happens in each of those first three months.
